    This nationally recognised training course is for any individuals who works in or around confined spaces.  We can offer companies tailored made courses to suit their environment and of course can offer this onsite (if you correct facilities)

    This course does not cover the issue of permits, gas testing or breathing apparatus.

    As a small example, the course would benefit the following:

    • Individuals who will be performing confined space work, but are not required to write a permit, monitor gas levels, wear breathing apparatus
    • Maintenance staff
    • Electrical engineers
    • Safety inspectors/personnel
    • Emergency services personnel (fire, ambulance, police)
    • WHS staff
    • Risk manager

    • Identify confined spaces
    • Identify and control hazards
    • Legislation and standards
    • Risk assessments and hierarchy of hazard controls
    • Work to a confined space permit
    • Work site policy and procedures
    • Write work plans and risk assessments
    • Lockout and tag out methods of isolation
    • Fall protection equipment
    • Practical entry into a confined space
    • Safety and emergency procedures
