The company has enjoyed steady growth, with a major highlight being the establishment of a specialist five-acre training facility located at Penrith and a fully functional modern warehouse at Kingswood in Western Sydney.
The company has built a strong market reputation as a specialist in providing training for Earthmoving, Civil Construction and Warehousing programs.

Our Management
Lawrence Davis is jointly owned and managed by Keith and Clare Davis.
Prior to establishing Lawrence Davis, Keith project managed large-scale civil construction projects in the United Kingdom (including onshore oil refining projects), and gained extensive civil construction experience working on the French/British EuroTunnel project.
Keith has specialist expertise in writing and developing construction-based training programs for industry and the VET sector, including special needs training programs for people with disabilities.
Within the Australian market, Keith has a substantial background in heavy plant licensing and training, having worked as a licensing assessor for WorkCover NSW and as an industry consultant for Western Sydney TAFE NSW.
Of direct relevance to the company’s training capability and focus, Keith also has extensive warehousing and logistics knowledge gained through managing numerous large warehousing and storage facilities across the Asia Pacific region.
Clare’s background includes working as an executive PA in Europe and Australia for major corporations such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Ernst & Young and ING.
Clare brings strong organisational skills and work ethic to Lawrence Davis and is the company’s key contact for customer relations. Importantly, she ensures effective communication and coordination with both students and trainers.
